  How can I find out what is on sale at my local Jo-Ann store?
You may now see the current Sales Flyer online. Click here to view what’s on sale at your local Jo-Ann store.
   
  How do I update my mailing address with Jo-Ann Stores?
Click here to update your address online or visit your local store and fill out a "Change of Address" form. Changes take 6-8 weeks to become effective.
   
  Are there coupons online?
No, at this time we do not offer coupons online. To receive coupons, you may sign up for our sales flyer online to be delivered directly to your home, please click here. Coupons are also available in the Creative Class Schedule booklet found at your local Jo-Ann super store.
   
  How can I receive your sales flyer in the mail?
Please click here to sign up online for our mailing list. You will receive your first sales flyer by mail in 4-6 weeks.
   
  How do I register for the Bulletin Boards?

  Are children able to register for the Bulletin Boards?
Children under the age of thirteen are not permitted to use the joann.com Bulletin Boards.
   
  I have lost my password for the Bulletin Board log in. What should I do?
Click here to go to the log in page, enter your user name and click on "I forgot my password". A new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
   
  How can I obtain a copy of your Annual Report?
Copies of our Annual Reports dating from 1999 can be found online. Click here to see the reports online. You may subscribe to the Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. Annual Report Alert service. As a subscriber, you will receive an e-mail alert whenever this type of company information is added to this Web site. Please click here to subscribe.
   
  Do you see a blank page after clicking to download a project pattern?
If yes: You will need to make a setting change in Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 : (if you have Acrobat Reader 3.0 please upgrade to 4.0 before proceeding.) Close all Adobe Acrobat Reader Files you may be using. Make sure Acrobat Reader is open. In the File menu (in Acrobat reader) click on Preferences, then click on General. On: General Preferences go to the : Options Section (near bottom) Look for: Web Browser Integration. (right column) Make sure the check box is empty. (DO NOT click if already empty) Click OK Close Acrobat Reader Open your Browser and view the pattern of choice Additional Suggestion: We recommend clearing the cache and history in the browser.
