  What type of custom services do you offer?
In our Jo-Ann super stores, we offer a variety of custom services, including custom framing. Contact your local Jo-Ann super store for details.
   
  How do I check out a fabric sample for home use?
Samples of home decorating fabric are available for you to take home at any Jo-Ann super store by leaving a security deposit. Speak to your Store Team leader for details.
   
  What selection of custom framing products does Jo-Ann Stores have?
We have an extensive custom framing program in all Jo-Ann super stores. We offer decorative frames, mats for your custom orders. Please see your local Jo-Ann super store for more details.

  How do I update my mailing address with Jo-Ann Stores?
Click here to update your address online or visit your local store and fill out a "Change of Address" form. Changes take 6-8 weeks to become effective.
   
  Are there coupons online?
No, at this time we do not offer coupons online. To receive coupons, you may sign up for our sales flyer online to be delivered directly to your home, please click here. Coupons are also available in the Creative Class Schedule booklet found at your local Jo-Ann super store.
